My observation is the technical issue you speak of are really failure by management to ensure outcomes are being achieved consistently. And yes, you PAID for the upgrade, so these are NOT entitlements as some try to discount your views with, but simply part of the offering that comes with the earned volume discount.

Consequently, I would suggest we stop saying these are technical issues - rather, lets clearly and loudly CALL OUT management for DENIAL OF CONTRACTED SERVICES, as ultimately technical systems are deployed under management signatures.

and thanks for your welcoming comments as my window for posting is short - leaving again Jan 13 for Africa then Asia + expect to cross 100k by end of March.
