DATA POINT/Airport/General
Check-in agents, especially at outstations, don't seem to be able to amend a previously inserted FF number. Adding to misery, the boarding pass will have no reference to SkyPriority, which means that, if you are looking to use fast track facilities, lounges, priority boarding etc., you are relying on the relevant staff to accept your FB card as proof and I can assure that some staff (again, outstations) are not really clued-up and will reject any explanation (I can only assume that they are trained to make reference to the SkyPriority logo on the boarding pass and, if they can't see it, they will just stick to the rules). Moreover, those airports with automated gates installed at fast track points, will simply reject your boarding pass. It is also worth mentioning that, before the switch-over to Sabre, E+ members were able to select comfort seats on AZ - this is no longer the case and that's simply because, again, your FB status doesn't seem to be recognised through AZ.
