I have heard similar reports for HAN entry, the schmucks at the VOA border desks are probably either pocketing the cash or havent gotten the memo yet. I have not heard any reports about SGN, hoping they will have their act together on Friday when we land. I guess if we have to pay for the 1 year multi we will just do a one night trip to Siem Reap for the heck of it, since we paid for the visa to allow us to do that.
