The price of Singapore kerosene-type jet fuel during the two month period of October and November 2016 averaged US$58.69 per barrel, which accounted for 6,221 yen in the average exchange rate of 106.00 JPY/USD during the same period.

As a result, with reference to the fuel surcharge benchmark list for FY2016 in Japanese yen, this corresponds to zone A of fuel surcharges.
Note: Since the 2-month average price is below USD60, there will be no fuel surcharge for tickets purchased outside of Japan
