Thanks to all for your insight and helpfulness. I work a rotating schedule so can be somewhat flexible on travel dates and can plan several months out. Seems as if the key is going to be finding award availability for the # of seats needed. Working on that as we speak and hopefully whatever I find, I can try to be of help to others on here.
