The best I can find in aircanada is in the tariffs (which, side note, the new web site at least seems to have turned into a textual PDF, and not just a scanned image!)

It's not exactly what you asked for (a clear comparison) but it's close.

International:

“Stopover” when a passenger arrives at an intermediate point and is scheduled to depart later than 24 hours after arrival.
Exception: For travel wholly within Central America or for travel between Central America and Panama: when passenger arrives at an intermediate point and is not scheduled to depart within 6 hours of arrival.
Domestic:
https://beta.aircanada.com/content/d..._tariff_en.pdf
“Stopovers” - Unless otherwise stated in a specific fare rule, stopovers, as defined below, will be permitted. A stopover will occur when a passenger arrives at an intermediate point from which the passenger is not scheduled to depart on the date of arrival. If there is no connecting departure scheduled on the date of arrival, departure on the next day, within 24 hours of arrival, shall not constitute a stopover.
You asked for revenue tickets, but FYI the clearest official definition I've seen is on aeroplan: https://www3.aeroplan.com/terms_and_...entLanguage=en
