Yeah,in my case I was doing a turnaround and the UL counter tried to send me landside to get the BP,but I did not want to because I know they would not let me back in until T-3. The officer did not want to let me in with the mobile BP,so I went back to the transit desk and they gave a "friendly advice" to go to a nearby "printing desk" and print the OLCI BP (it was right next to the UL transit counter). They charge 1USD per page and I obviously only had the 100$ note, so the lady sent me to the money exchange nearby to get smaller notes...I ended up with 99$ in small notes and OLCI print out. The military guy still did not let me thru so I could not access Serendib or the smoking area. Luckily when it was time for boarding there was a different officer on duty who [reluctantly] let me thru.
