I think they gave you a great option with the $100 guaranteed upgrade. You book a room for, four people and then hope for an upgrade ? That's your choice but if you don't get lucky that's going to be one crowded room !! Hahah. Also, you make it sound like you are owed an upgrade ? Based on your comments you are a seasoned traveler, you should know their response was 100% typical. You could have booked two rooms adjoining right ? Oh, that would mean twice the points !! I have stayed at the CM .. I got upgraded but not to suite, good luck !!
