My last stay at DT Southcenter I had a problem with noise from adjacent room bleeding in through the vents fairly clearly. Also, if they are having a party on the ground floor, the music carries through a few floors above the function room. Staff are terrific!

Airport DT seems dominated by the bean counting management, with check-in often chaotic. Tower rooms are decent; corner is supposed to be an "upgrade" there, but I prefer the regular rooms. Breakfast not worth the co-pay.

Airport Hilton breakfast a bit nicer, but again there's a bean counter atmosphere; at least they give a coupon towards evening food as an alternative. Checkin staff seem a bit snootier, unfortunately (breakfast waiter is outstanding!).
