Downgraded from First to Business
I had booked round trip IAD-ZRH in First through AP on UA. Today I received noticed that due to an equipment swap (777-200 to 767-400) that I'm now confirmed in Business.

The options given is to get a refund of the difference of points, or find another First that is currently available through AP to switch to (none currently available).

Has anyone had success in AP opening up space that is currently not available as a reward?
