Unless heavily delayed, you should be able to make it. Arrivals and Departures hall in BRU are in the same building. You just exit through baggage claim and customs, take the escalators one floor up and there you'll find the landside check-in desks.

Depending on how quickly you can deplane (seating), it should take you approximately 30-40 mins from touchdown to landside check-in.
