As a way to improve RASK, IAG will remove F from several routes and convert to highly popular WTP. In fact, J and WTP are main RASK drivers while F and WT are performing poorly. IAG's solution is to reduce F supply (and increase WTP) and reduce WT cost (effectively coverting WT to LCC cost structure).
I'd love to see the NPS for paid first class customers, versus the overall one they quote. I'd wager there would be a significant delta.
