This smacks of poorly worded instruction to the field by someone that somehow got misinterpreted, if the policy itself hasn't changed. I'm still hoping that's the case.
I'm not blaming Missy, she does a great job dealing with all of us here.
But to have so many GAs in so many cities all doing the same thing, it goes far beyond a "poorly worded instruction" - it was an instruction, period. And it either needs to be changed back to what it was before, or we need to be TOLD this is the new normal so we can stop wasting our money achieving status.
Anything less is completely unfair.
