As a mileage run / SC run and a trip to places of interest you could do a lot better, by maximising segments over 1000 miles, 2700 miles and 5000 miles (assuming you a QFF traveller)
eg NRT-MEL is 5040 miles, NRT-SYD is 4845 miles so less SC's
eg LAX-LHR is 5456 miles, IAD-LHR is 3677 miles so less SC's
Some short sectors may be better purchased separately, leaving the 20 DONE segments for longer flights

A good earner is to use CX from SW Pacific (Australia/NZ) to US, doing something like AKL-HKG-JFK. You can transit Asia (no stopover in HKG) without it counting as your Asia routing, saving that for the return journey. Where possible, enter and leave the USA from opposite coasts to the direction you are heading. eg SFO-LHR is a better earner than JFK-LHR. (this paragraph from a post by NM some time ago)

Many of your NA segments are under 1000 miles. Usually easy to get these over 1000 miles. You NA route seem to be circular type route, not back and forwards to maximise miles and SC's. See http://gc.kls2.com/

Have you checked all the segments are available in D ?

As for the SWP as you only have 2 allowable stopovers, I guess most segements are for miles - SC's. You have 12 months to do the RTW, so could have one stopover in MEL ( for 6 months) and another in say BME or DRW for 2 weeks. Also you don't have to start and finish in the same city, but when you do get back the RTW is finished. A sepertate ticket $100 MEL - SYD or similar may be good value at the start or end of the RTW
