I just worked at this for about an hour and can't find you a trip that isn't in the high hundreds or low one thousands. I am not sure if anyone else can, but please advise what your max budget is.
The BEST I found was DCA-CLE-DEN-YVR (OVERNIGHT) YVR-DEN-ORD-DCA $801 on two O/W tickets.
