Thanks, folks. I think this is the final straw for me, after decades as a Citibank customer, being Citigold as well. When I get home, I am finding another bank. Of course, this is like the US airlines -- big US banks are an oligopoly so they really don't care.

Is BofA or Wells Fargo any better though?
