Ironically, I usually book my flights on Delta while ON Delta flights (GoGo Wi-Fi), so calling isn't an option.
Are you using GoGo's paid service, or trying to use the free service where DL.com access is free? If using GoGo's paid service, then I have no idea what the problem might be, but if trying to use the free GoGo service, part of the DL web site might be being blocked by GoGo's paywall.
