For Yotel, travel between terminals at LHR is always free. Whether by train service T5-->T123-->T4 [Heathrow Express/Connect, not the Tube] or via TfL buses from T5 to T4 directly. The free travel map [a rather fabulous document buried on Heathrow's website] notes these as the 482 or 490.

I rather like c-w-s' suggestion of setting up camp in the Cathay T3 Lounge but I'd feel pretty self-conscious dozing on a couch. Perhaps he doesn't!
