Another option is to pay for one of the bedrooms in T3 Aspire / No.1 lounge. I did this some time ago and the experience was broadly positive, but I don't know how the price compares to day use at the Sofitel (I think for longer stays it becomes rather expensive). One advantage would be that you're already at T3.
