Did you go all the way through to selecting the card for payment? Initially I could also select Mastercard vs. master pass and later after adding my "trial" income tax payment to the basket and looking to enter card details as part of making payment during "checkout" the Mastercard credit card option wasn't offered any longer and only Mastercard debit card was offered in the drop down. Will check again later.
