I upgraded earlier today, and I was told that since it wasn't a new account that I would not receive the welcome kit with the board room passes and the $50 companion cert. You got them, right? Was this an existing account that you upgraded from Platinum? You got the 5,000 bonus miles too? I guess I'll just wait and hope I was misinformed.
