Spot on -- Clearly KVS can't find a way to perform an unauthorized scrape of the R data. S, it is not available. But why let that get in the way of advertising that it is possible to find UA upgrade space if one can find it for some obscure purpose. A negative answer might cut down on the amount of cash coming in. Shady answers from a shady business. Just SOP. Save your money, folks.
