Unless we, the customer, complain about the strike I worry that BA will then enhance away some of their crew and make that the norm.
I would expect that the crew would refuse to work flights without requisite number of crew as the number of crew onboard is also part of the crew enterprise agreement. Therefore BA would never know the customer reaction.
Or does the enterprise agreement not apply in times like this?
