Given the Union militancy we have seen, I suspect we would see annual strikes at BA, the inability of BA to reduce flights to match global demand and un unwillingness to increase flights if it has to increase the number of crew.

While BA may drop the ULLC model it is currently pursuing as it would be even less able to compete with other airlines, I fear FT BAEC would be full of complaints about sky high BA prices and how much U2/FR/QR/etc are cheaper and/or better.
