The "Blue box" F above the price is is the column header - meant to represent that those two columns are upgrade eligible. If upgrades were actually available on that flight, the Blue box F would appear to the right of the fare.

I guess I get it (and of course it remains to be seen if I'll actually get the UG in the next couple days), but jeez this is a lot like Humpty Dumpty logic ... "When I put the "white F in a blue box" icon in one place, it means one thing, but when I put it in another place it means something completely different"
