The other issues are those that might deserve action, and yet those other issues were trivial to you, in fact. That makes it appear that those other issues were "invented" or exaggerated to help build your case about the car. That erodes your credibility...for me and likely for the hotel management, as well.
It feels like your own foolishness about the car park left you feeling bitter--since you didn't take responsibility for not knowing the car park/valet hours...especially at such an obviously early hour. So you just blamed the hotel instead.
If room service ends at 11 pm, and that is stated obviously as such but I don't pay attention, I don't and shouldn't blame the hotel if I try to order room service at 1 am. But you blamed the hotel. That's why you're not getting a lot of sympathy here.
