Thanks for your input. When I was writing the complaint, I was in the state of super frustrated mind. Maybe it came across wrong.
One thing though.... as I said in my post, I almost never complained about my hotel stay. The reason I didn't voice it during the stay was that I didn't want to make it a big deal. If the issue with my car didn't occur, no complaint would have been lodged.
And for the last issue, how could I voice it on the spot if the first thing I had to do was to drive away to airport as fast as I could?
