Sorry all but a very stupid question. How do you pronounce SAS actually?

Recently I was on a flight departing from Stockholm. The agent at the gate announced: "... saas Business and saas Plus passengers can board the plane first..." which caught my attention. Later on board when the crew made an announcement I heard S-A-S instead.

So should it be S-A-S or 'saas' actually?
