Very frustrating!!!

Just hanged up with BA HKG office. They confirmed rules come from UK and blanks out CX flights (some routes) 5 days before the travel dare.

Will send a complaint form to BA on this.

At least they could give an option to use phone booking or any other way to verify eligibility!!!
