Hey, in Bangkok. We don't care about suites, breakfast or even lounge! Just steps outside the hotel, there's a wonderful cafes & boat noodles for you to choose from.
As long as the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel room is there. The service level remains heart warming. Then all is fine.
Yes, i was expecting to get 5000 bonus points for my visa stay. Yes, that's my reason for choosing Hilton over the other chains! Or else, i can get a better room at a better rate elsewhere.
Dirty hardware, especially drinking cup. Is totally unacceptable to me. And Hilton didn't even care. I guess they will only act unless you get hospitalised or worst.
