Hope Hyatt reads this thread...
I actually think that combining nights of the members of the same household is a great idea - Hyatt has nothing to lose there, but potentially gain some stays that might otherwise go to another hotel chain.
I also hope the Diamond amenity gets reinstated - perhaps it's more emotional than material, but "emotional" can go a long way in loyalty...
