Why would any sane organization build a facility that's in the absolute middle of nowhere, 3 miles from the terminal. Hertz gave me a map to get out of the facility but it was useless on the return. None of the exits matched the names on the map. I think I might remember the way if I ever have the bad fortune to have to go to BWI again. However, I will go out of my way to avoid this horror show in the future. Does anyone actually like this monstrosity?
