There's no US number AFAIK, only a French (+33) number, so Skype will be your friend (or I think Google Voice can do it cheap/free).

I think you should focus first on what the lounge offering will be for you, and particularly what the catering will be. Will they still offer the Alain Ducasse menu? If they do, and if they have a separate facility for F passengers only (and thus presumably F alcohol), then I think that makes you 90% whole. So the chairs may not be as fancy...
If not, I might expect that your options would be a fee-free date change, maybe a refund to original form of payment, or perhaps a fee-free voluntary downgrade to business based on the fare difference at the time of booking.
I don't know what kind of "actual" compensation they'll offer given that you know about this in advance.
