It will be a problem if you are a no show on any segment, because all subsequent legs will be canceled. As I said in my previous post, this is an automatic process, although there is a 24 hour grace period during which the reservation may still be amended, if terms and conditions allow this. The procedure is applied to bookings in B, M, H, Q, K, L, T, V, W and G class. J, C, D, Y and S class are excepted, as is Z class on intra-European flights only.

If you can convince a KLM ticket agent to override the system then you obviously won't have a problem.
