Seeing how long the WOH thread has grown with complaints, I thought it would be good to have a thread with suggestion of some alterations that would make WOH more palatable to current GP members.
Perhaps we can have people vote on proposals.
I will start with the following:
- Create partner accounts:
- Two members totaling 15 nights get both Discoverist status
- Two members totaling 45 nights get both Explorist status
- Two members totaling 90 stays get both Globalist status
- Make award nights count for status qualification
The first one would entice couples who both travel to both stick with Hyatt rather than one go for Hyatt and the other for another chain.
The second is standard in SPG/HH/Marriott. Hyatt shouldn't lag.
Sorry, but I don't wan't to lose upgrades to couples who travel with Hyatt half as much as I do.
Go back to nice uncreative metal or gemstone names for tiers.
In fact, go back to HGP but add the free suite upgrades if available at check in and the four club upgrades for the second tier.
