If PRG CDG is on AF (arrival in 2F) then indeed no security check going to 2E .
If PRG CDG is on OK (arrival in 2D) then unless there is a shuttle bus from Schengen area of 2D to 2E, one will have to walk to 2E and clear security there.
Transfer from 2D to 2E will always be longer than from 2F to 2E.
