Acarsd and Libhomeradar are easy but have spotty records.

FlightStats has some, but really none for AC (however, some airlines, such as UA, have quite good data in there).

Planefinder has some but is spotty (dependent on planes having ADS-B, I think; only AC's widebodies and a handful of narrowbodies can be tracked on there, at least going back a couple years, might be better for more recent stuff).
