Thanks guys. Yes, I know if you have an upcoming reservation soon, you can chat with them. However, once you've checked out and the reservation no longer shows, I can longer chat. It's strange that Marriott would roll out this "24/7 chatting after a stay", and no one from Marriott can explain it.
