I've used it a few times, but with limited success. When you're in the app, in your reservation for the hotel, you can request additional services.

The last selection is Chat or something similar.

Last two times, I did not have anyone respond.

However, when I was in India, I requested for the hotel to have a car pick me up at the airport. This was with 3-4 hours notice and it worked.
