Hi Everyone - I received an email the other day from Marriott announcing you can "chat directly with our hotel 24/7 before, during, and after your stay". Does anyone know where to find this in the app? I actually wanted to compliment them after a recent stay, but I can't find this new feature.

I called Marriott and they didn't seem to know.
