I went to have a look at the terms & conditions for retro claiming on iberia.com.

Vueling operated flights, even in codeshare with IB, cannot be retro claimed.

You can apply for Avios credits corresponding to journeys you have already flown with berial Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum), Air Berlin (and its subsidiary Niki Airlines), American Airlines, British Airways and S7 Airlines (and its subsidiary Globus LLC), and also flights made under shared codes and operated by other airlines*.
*Except flights operated by Vueling(code IB5XXX ), for whose accreditation it is imperative to facilitate the number of the Iberia Plus card at the time of ticket purchase, as the Avios cannot be claimed alter the flight has taken place, and also for flight operated by TACA(code IB7XXX), where the client must send a copy of the ticket or electronic itinerary receipt and the original boarding card to the Iberia Plus Service Centre.
