Other than QR at BOM, no one has yet provided an instance wherein a status passenger is sent to a superior lounge than a premium class passenger, when the lounge is not operated by an airline but is instead operated by a third party lounge operator.
LGW on BA. OWE regardless of ticket get sent to Clubrooms. CW or CE are sent to plain NO 1 or Aspire. Lounge is 3rd party operated
