Does the same rule apply for mileage-based tickets (CIRPAC, GLOBEX)? Or does it only apply for the continent-based ones, which would be logical I guess. Thought I'd ask though since I am pondering a Circle Pacific and the ability to start and finishing in different US cities would be a great help.
