If you read the report that was linked, it was clearly about Pilots' perceptions of risk.
In as much as perceptions are linked to risks, - an idea that is untested - it is a valid report to make.
However, if you want real data about safety, you have to go to either the MORS system, - now EU-wide, or the CHIRPS system which is a nice little British add-on.
MORS is the real deal for safety info. It is not there for solicitors/lawyers, and it is not there for relatives.
