Strangely this doesn't mention clearing immigration. I forget whether that happens before you leave 2E or when you get to 2D.
Alternately, if you are familiar with CDG you can exit via baggage claim to the main terminal and walk to 2D, then reclear security there. That's about a 10-15 minute walk. Technically you are subject to French customs via this route since you are entering France, should that matter to you.
Whether 1h15 is enough comes down to your risk tolerance. If you're OK with potentially being rebooked onto a later flight and hoping your checked bag makes it with you, then book the earlier connection. Otherwise, book the later connection.
When you come from 2E and go to 2D, you must leave the "international" part of the airport and enter the "French" (or Schengen). You clear immigration when you leave 2E, as 2D is on "French" soil. Checked luggage might be checked by Czech customs in PRG as it will not have the green label for luggage coming from Schengen.
Immigration when leaving 2E is the major risky bottleneck.
