That's good - relocated, I think. Early this summer/fall, it was somewhere over near Marine Air Terminal on the west end. Sounds like the airport reconstruction and roadway mess is getting better (knock on wood) but drove by yesterday morning coming from GCP, westbound - it was still bumper-to-bumper inside, everyone looping around to try to get to their terminals for pickup & dropoff, etc. But, at least, it's moving.

Now, will PAPD or NYPD do anything about the other unofficial & unauthorized cellphone lot around the gas station off the GCP ... car services (mostly) are still hanging out there at all hours waiting. Seen quite a few closed calls with fender benders as they sometimes park on the shoulder & off the exit lane completely but it's still dangerous for those trying to pull into the gas station to fuel up.

Incidentally, as of today, the on-airport parking rate at LGA has gone up to a whopping $59 - ouch - for 24 hours (max was $39) and the "premium" lot is $10 per hour.
