When booking a ticket on CZ website (global.csair.com), you can only add your frequent flyer number from a few select programs. AZ isn't one of those.
Under MMB only contact information can be updated either.
I assume they will be able to fix it at check in, just want to know if anyone thinks it matters enough to call them to add it pre-maturely? Flying J.
Secondly, I qualify for transit accommodations in CAN, but the DIY booking just isn't working at all (entering all required info for "login" and the login button does nothing).
Any tips regarding this? Perhaps browser specific or is it wacky in general?
I'd prefer to get it working online, but I guess I can call their "24-h hotline" in Guangzhou in worst case.
