Suddenly not receiving any IHG emails
I have a problem that's become apparent over the last few months, with no apparent cause. All of a sudden I am receiving zero email communications from IHG - no reservation confirmations (or cancellation confirmations), no promotional emails, nothing.
I've double-checked my email address in my IHG profile and ensured that there isn't some kind of incoming email filter on my end that's blocking message delivery.
So far web- and phone-based inquiries to the IHG help desk have been unilluminating.
Anyone else experience something like this?
