One more thing, some AAgents may entered your QF FFP as the secondery number for the itinerary with AAdvantage as the primary number. The AA computer will still credit AA coded flights to AAdvantage number unless they do a segment select. It is best to remove AAdvantage number from your reservation if you want to ensure credit to QF or other FFP.
