UA Insider, since this is a brand new portion of the fleet, will the cabin crews who staff these 77Ws be drawn from a more deliberately selected, enthusiastic, eager-to-provide-service group of FAs - in order to match the promised level of service that UA has marketed with Polaris?
Or will it be the same route bidding process that results in the familiar level of service we all currently know?
I assume this is quasi-sarcastic. Could you imagine the meltdown the AFA would have over something like this?
